The Furlan Giuseppe S.r.l. is the society working in the field of buildings and restructurings.
The repute enjoyed nowadays by the society comes from years of work characterized by choices aiming to keep high the quality standards without loosing any of the peculiar characteristics of competitiveness asked by the market.

The society has always distinguished itself exactly for the quality of the product offered in a careful accurate way. It has implemented, while pursuing this important goal, procedures allowing to intervene in each of the steps leading from the design to the delivery of the work.

The valuation of the work to be done is the fundamental operation as regards its terms of costs and time. These values are compared to the ones from the data bank of the company which allows the company to offer the most realistic description of the work to guarantee the maximum transparency and minimize, as possible, unexpected events.

At the moment of production it is necessary to select materials and then suppliers, who, if they are new, they have to submit their product to a quality control. In that control the supply quality, the relating certification as regards the CEE regulations and moreover the objective validity of the relationship between price and quality are checked.

The drawing is sectioned into the different working stages and, after their analysis, priorities are started by means of a computer. At any moment the company is in the condition to verify deviations from the budget to intervene opportunely and correct eventual mistakes or negative trends.

An important role is played by the professionalism and experience of the yard superintendent who works very close to the administrative department. He is charged with the control of the work growth and with the exchange of information allowing the revaluation of the accounts data for the work in progress with the actual management of the yard. The direction is constantly updated about the advancement of the work and receives a careful estimate of the time required to get the availability of the work.

In 1995 the Furlan Giuseppe S.r.l. has set up its first building yards abroad, in the isle of Usedom, Germany, going on international size. This experience showed to be particularly important for the growth of the firm because it has enabled a direct comparison with the German standard of working which is famous all over the world to be among the most effective and, at the same time, among the most exacting.
All that started a further process of growth as to quality, efficiency and control on production process, bringing out the risk factors to every production stages as to grant an ever higher industrial safety standard.

Afterwards, putting the new experiences to good use, new more binding yards was started, both from the logistic point of view, by the laying of fibre optic cables in Bolzano, and from the technical point of view, with the construction of a viaduct having 50 meters max span in Ceccano. In the same way, the firm, has further on strengthened the already wide range of works realizing a whole residential complex just outside Rome, exactly in Castel Madama, and important works of urbanization for the town of Ceccano, including a road axle complete of sewerages and lighting, a road bridge, joining the banks of the river Sacco, which, in that point, are far more than forty meters, and a purification system.

Not less important, canalization works of the underlying areas the railway viaducts of “Alta Velocità” in a zone which is developed for about 80 km in Frosinone’s province. In this moment, the firm, is engaged in the ambitious project of industrialization of a whole area of about 100 hectares, in Colleferro, where industrial sheds of various types, a directional complex, and a commercial one, are being realized.

Since 2002 an important project within the international logistics has been started: it provides the construction of a series of good-sheds for industrial and commercial use, which stretches over 70 hectares: 40.000 square metres covered and already built (see photo) and 200.000 square metres covered, that is to be realized (see project), on a surface which belongs to the CAVER S.r.l. The construction of this area has already allowed, and it will allow even more in the next future, l’establishement in Lazio of many companies, which come from different italian regions and alroad, promoting the development of the productive activities and, consequently, boosting the economic and occupational increase on site.

The firm attacks remarkable importance to the safety and hygiene sectors at the workplace - above all as far as prevention is concerned – and it does its best so that the staff is awaken to the problem thanks to repeated training and information courses. In so doing the firm improve the workers approach to their tasks, so that they are more willing to offer their best professionalism.

In a continuous amelioration, business operative formalities have been further improved, becoming a real Quality Insurance System. Organisational efforts fulfilled in this direction have lead at the beginning of 2001 to the attainment of an important end: the conformity’s Certification of the business management’s system to the severe requisites of UNI EN ISO 9000. The Furlan Giuseppe S.r.l. is equipped with an internal organization with an highly skilled staff, whose only aim is to assure a high quality standard of the security, the respect of the ISO 9000 rules and the yard plans.
Thanks to such efforts the Furlan Giuseppe S.r.l. has gained widespread success among its customers and the public opinion.
